PERSONALIZATION AND FINISH
Choose Gold or Silver for the coordinated metal accessories; the selection changes the metal components, not the main surface color. Free personalization covers the name and title on the metal nameplate. Choose one of the eight fonts on the product page and enter your wording carefully. The printed plate is attached to the base rather than engraved into the product. Get in touch for logo work. After shipping, we cannot change the nameplate. Contact us to discuss single- or double-flag arrangements separately from the standard package.

CARE AND DELIVERY
Keep the finish clean with a soft cloth, using only light moisture when needed. Do not soak the accessories or scrub the printed plate. For standard orders, plan for 2 business days of preparation plus an estimated 3 business days of U.S. transit. Special-order timing is confirmed by our team.
